We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. "Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"

"Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. "I will admit that i knew this property had no air conditioning. But, booking for the middle of September, I thought that we would be comfortable at night with open windows. HOWEVER, the street noise is very loud and goes all night!! You cannot sleep with the windows open. Save yourself some misery and restless sleep. The apartment is very cute and in a good location and this problem could be easily resolved for the future by adding some air conditioning!"

It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep.
