"This is a cute place just outside of Jim Thorpe with all the "cabin" decor you could find! The only disappointment for us was it was a gas fireplace, and we were hoping for the ambiance of a real fireplace. We couldn't do the outdoor fire pit because of fire restrictions, but it's nicely placed just out back and has swings and plenty of space for outdoor dinner, etc. There is a lovely lake with opportunities for sunsets and walking trails throughout the area. "We had a great 3 week stay at the Sanctuary of the Swan. Kimberly and Dennis were great hosts. We Stayed in the apt. Above the Garage and we’re working nights at Limerick power station. It was quiet and peaceful during the day so we had no trouble sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
