The property has a beautiful wood burner which heated the property as well as central heating.Large kitchen/dinning room/ sitting room so if cooking you do not feel left out from the rest of the group/ family. The house has been decorated and designed so well with plenty of space for 5.Maybe a little snug in the sitting room but we managed to get cosy. "We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. "Lovely clean property in a quiet location but within walking distance of everything we needed.Spacious living space - we were in the area to spend Christmas with family but were able to easily host them on one evening.Good sized garden, fully enclosed so safe for the dog.Would definitely like to stay again - think it would be great in the summer."
