"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"Wonderful ocean views, good beach access, nice pool. Great location, walked to the boardwalk area twice (little over one mile walk). Tap water does smell bad, bring plenty of bottled water as well as your own paper products and trash bags. Be advised 3 flights up and back each time (wife wasn't thrilled) but it she hung in there. Overall, its an older place but well maintained. I'd stay there again."

"I came to see my daughter run the half marathon in downtown Wilmington. The location was perfect. It was in walking distance of everything. The place was well decorated and clean. Joel was prompt in answering my questions and I was even able to check in an hour early. Do not hesitate to book this property."

"This gorgeous ocean view condo on Oak Island exceeded all expectations. Sitting in the living room or on the porch watching the ocean was Heavenly. We went off-season so greatly enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the quiet beach. Extras included easy check-in, an elevator to help with luggage, and the hosts being quick to respond to questions. :-) "

The furniture is a little dated but it was fine because we had two little kids who could care less and we were always moving. The location is perfect we could walk to everything we needed. "The view and location are perfect! The property is well kept and clean. Jason was awesome to work with and made everything easy. The beds, linens towels, and pillows were super comfy and the total package made our week long visit perfect!
