"Lovely cabin, equipped with everything we needed for a couple of nights. No towels, but we knew that as communication beforehand was really good. The area is lovely, with horses on the premises and great walking around."

"Had everything we needed and more, and Jan was very helpful. It is in a good position for touring and walking in this area. Vrbo on the other hand created a couple of problems which took time to sort out. "

"Our accommodation was very well presented and in a fantastic position for walking out from. It was in a quiet, remote situation, but still accessible to Church Stratton, although the road was narrow and windy, so you had to careful on your drive. The one plus on the drive to Church Stratton was having to cross Long Mynd which gave you magnificent views across Shropshire and an ideal place to walk out to and around. Alex was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble, which made the stay...

"What a lucky find!! A really peaceful break. The accommodation was well thought out and we had everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and we felt very looked after. We were looking to extend our stay but unfortunately it was booked up. Can recommend."

"We were luck enough to have an earlier check in and the check in was easy and everything ready for us on our arrival. We had ordered a breakfast hamper of local produce and all was ready in the hut. The hut was bigger than it looks and plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Everything you could think of was in the hut. "The building is dated back to 18th Century but it has been modernised to meet today's standards with clean rooms, a lovely large comfortable bed, the bathroom water supply was hot, with good shower pressure. We had the breakfast and the host was a lovely lady who made us feel welcome the Full English was nicely done not overly greasy but more on the healthy side, compliments must go to the Chef. Finally the guy on reception was equally warm and most helpful he gave us advice upon where to eat and demonstrated how the late night entry system worked. Whenever we visit Wolvo again we will aim to stay at Ely House Hotel. Many thanks, the Hunts. "
