"Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. "We needed a New Year's escape to rest and reset after a busy year and this log cabin was exactly what we needed. We had a great stay from start to finish, enjoyed the beautiful garden surroundings, had a great pub lunch & enjoyed breakfast after checking out at the local bakery. Despite profuse apologies from the owner's wife, and the geese then confined to a wired pen, the owner said he wouldn't be lectured, walking away when I offered some advice on the facilities. "Made a late booking and was not disppointed. The cabin was warm, clean and tidy with all basic requirements there. Good location to get out and about from. Minor suggestions, a bath mat would be helpful and an astro turf path to the hot tub. Thanks for a plesent thanks"
