Bigger kids had a blast in the game room and with the bunk beds. Short drive from NYC and still feels remote, with great views woods and mountains, plus a few local farms. Highly recommend!"

We spent the days at nearby Jim Thorpe Whitewater rafting and at Blue Mountain Adventure Park. Our host Jen was readily available to us. "Cute place with a full kitchen if you you want or need it. A/c works well but is a little tricky. Very quiet and relaxed. I hardly knew other people were there. My dog is a senile old man but was peppier with all the lovely sniffing he got to do. He also slept like a stone. We were in the area for a free Vaccine and Microchip clinic with SOS Pet Rescue and some spay neuter shifts at FURR Fix. I come home exhausted and love retreating to a nice cool, comfortable, and quiet cottage. My boyfriend...

"Our first family vacation is one we will always remember, thanks to the beautiful log cabin on a hill with a view. Our grandson quickly realized the ceilings were very high up, and even as a 15 month old, was thrilled by the interior of the home. The architecture is stunning, and the owner was very responsive and friendly. Our last night was clear, and we could see all the stars from the comfort of the Adirondack deck chairs. We are still smiling and will always remember our stay."

"This is a cute place just outside of Jim Thorpe with all the "cabin" decor you could find! The only disappointment for us was it was a gas fireplace, and we were hoping for the ambiance of a real fireplace. We couldn't do the outdoor fire pit because of fire restrictions, but it's nicely placed just out back and has swings and plenty of space for outdoor dinner, etc. There is a lovely lake with opportunities for sunsets and walking trails throughout the area.
