"Nice friendly staff, site very well kept, properties were a bit tired but nice and clean on arrival but no towels are supplied so suggest bringing your own, bed's are not made up and you are expected to strip them on the day you leave, the cooker was not easy to work as it was old and most of the marks on the dials had worn off. I would recommend staying here."

"The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "

"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. "5 star! Stayed for a week at Gardenside and happy to say it was all brand new and so luxurious. The house has 2 luxurious bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs that added extra privacy sharing with my extended family. Literally views that blow your mind. "Matk was very accommodating so thank you. Lovely spot right next to the beach. Yes the steps was a challenge by myself and dogs but was well worth it just for the view.Not able to park on the drive as the Car wouldn’t get up the drive due to luggage in thr boot.
