It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. "Excellent staff. Compact ski apartment with small kitchen. Lovely spa area. No freezer and multifunction microwave only. Sofa beds makes for uncomfortable sofa and balcony furniture needs cushions. Hot inside. View disppointing ( car park behind river). Would be great location for skiing as near lift. Breakfast a nice surprise. "

"Had a great stay at Anthony’s. The hotel is great in the summer to use as a base to hike and bike as cable cars and trails super close. Also surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. We had an Anthony’s suite on the 4th floor which was great, a good size, good amenities and comfortable. However no AC so a little warm.. but not really an issue as could leave the balcony door ajar at night. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A shout out to Dan in the bar particularly. We went half board which was of a good standard, and quite flexible in changing options if you had dietary restrictions or not keen on something. The salad buffet was my favourite. The roof top pool and chill out area was a lovely addition after a long day hiking. Overall we thought the hotel was great and would definitely recommend. Thank you "

"GREAT STAFF! The room was amazing and the views are fantastic. The staff hit that perfect balance between attentive without being annoying. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. The room was perfect and the entire experience was great. The only downside was the steep hill from the town to the hotel. We walked it a couple of times but paid for a taxis a few times as well. "
