"We visited the hotel in early July and had a fantastic stay for one night which was in retrospective, a to short stay. The staff were really kind and professional and made our stay even better. The hotel is really child friendly, the staff in the play room took good care of our to daughters, three and six years old, despite som language barriers. A nice SPA with a fantastic view of Zugspitze and the surrounding alps. Since everything was included it was really easy to relax."

I said no way, I reserved on Orbitz, why are you charging me double? He then made a call and said we have your card we will figure it out. "Sehr freundliches, flexibles und entgegengekommenes Personal. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und wie zu Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, absolut zentral und doch ruhig. Das umfangreiche und frische Frühstücksangebot und der tolle Aussenpool mitten im Grünen, umgeben von blühenden Blumen und mit Blick auf den eindrucksvollen Lecher Hausberg Omeshorn, sind für mich weitere Highlights."

"I highly recommend this hotel because staff are helpful and friendly. Early check-in is very possible because they have the best housekeeping team. While we are having our breakfast, our room was nicely cleaned up so that when we return after breakfast, our room smelled great with lavender scent. What not to be missed is their gourmet dinner at a very good price and absolutely delicious. They also have free spa facilities: sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath for hotel guests’ usage. If the weather is not favourable these facilities definitely works wonder to help you chill and relax in the hotel. Remember to bring along your swim wear if you would love to have a dip after a good day out. Enjoy!"
