"The clerk who checked me in was very helpful when I asked him where would be a good place to eat. He has lived in Corvallis for 25 years so was able to name many places, with tips such as how some have a waiting time, etc. What I did not care for was the fact that the ice machine on first floor is broken. Silly me I did not notice that directly to the right of the broken one is a functioning one. But why can't someone take the time to post an "ouit of order" sign on the one that doesn't work? Another thing that was annoying was that in my room (309) the bedside table on the right-hand side (when you face the bed) has a sugar ant problem. And the clock seems impossibe to set for the correct time; the time it read was hours off. There is never anyone at the front desk but they do have a bell to ring. The issue of the broken ice machine didn't seem impt. enough to ring the bell (I would check on that machine everyday). "
