You can't beat going to a Beavers game and staying directly across the street at this hotel. It's wonderful! We had a little mix up with our breakfast. We weren't given our vouchers and my husband ended up paying for this free breakfast. When he asked the waitress about it he was given misinformation. We got it straightened out. The pool was lovely, but the spa was luke warm. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

It was a nice facility. The room had some issues, for example the fridge made the microwave vibrate and make noise, which was annoying enough that I had to put the coffee maker on top of it along with some other objects to make it stop. I was put in an accessible room for some reason and the TV was dated. They do have a good WiFi connection and friendly staff.

This hotel looks like it has never been updated. The floors were creaky and the wallpaper was coming off in some areas. There was no place for guests to fill water bottles or get hot water in the evening, however, the hostess was super nice and got us water for tea. There were essentially very few amenities at this hotel. The breakfast was very mediocre. Biggest plus was the staff.

I arrived early after flying overnight and learned that my room I had booked the night prior for the early arrival had been canceled as a no show. I also had a room for the current day/night but was told that nothing was available until later and to call and keep checking, I asked to be called and was told no. The parking lot was fairly empty, I do not believe the hotel had no availability. I would have thought that my reservations would show together and be obvious. I am extremely disappointed and it caused a very stressful day. In addition I was told no refund for the canceled room. The front desk person on that morning was not helpful and quite rude.

A dog barked for two days they did try to take care of it at the front desk, but they could not gain access. It was so loud it was horrible.
