"Awful and uncomfortable. Very noisy didnt sleep all night. I was in a room with a church right by the window and the bells went off every hour. Lots of late night activity outside and inside. Fridge made a noise all night . They advertised a tv in room...and there was not one . "

"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "For the price, the general standard of the property was OK, but there were a number of problems. First, the description "one bedroom apartment" is misleading - this is one bedroom within an apartment, not the same thing at all. Second, the area does not feel safe. It is a primarily industrial area, some of it derelict, and I would have been nervous going there late at night. Last, although it was fairly clean overall, there was a condom in its wrapper in the bedside drawer. "

"The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "

"Very average ..it was very difficult to communicate with the caretaker .. "

"If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."

"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. "I’m not sure how this man even has the audacity to put this place on Expedia. The toilet and kitchen were filthy, to the point where I went out and bought cleaning stuff with my own money to clean the bathroom. I was concerned that showering in there would leave me more dirty than I went in. The info also says “entire apartment” it was not an apparent, it was a house with multiple rooms and we had one of them. There was certainly at least 3 other people on it at the same time as us. "If you want to be right in the centre this is the place to be. Unfortunately a lots of building work going on next door but in the evening this had no affect on the hotel and generally a quiet place to sleep if you are a few floors up. Hotel staff very helpful."

"Really friendly staff and a lovely hotel. Stayed here for 1 night for a trip to the utilita arena. Walked there and to the train station within around 15-20minutes saving on transport costs. Great breakfast selection and happily catered for a vegan diet. Overall felt good value for money especially given the central location. Would definitely choose to stay here again. "

What a treat, will be back!

"The service was fantastic from the moment we came through the doors. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, I had serious bathroom envy. The decor in general was lovely. We managed to get seats in the beautiful bar, the cocktails are amazing. Comfortable beds, a shower I didn’t want to get out of (although a steady hand is needed to switch between the settings) and a good selection of refreshments in the room. This stay was for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed! "
