"Words cannot adequately describe what an incredible experience our family had staying at the chateau de Forbin. We had 22 adults there celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary and every detail was perfect. We stayed 4 nights and took day trips to do activities throughout the region. Roman is an exceptional host, he arranged to have a chef cook us dinners and breakfasts and everything was 10/10. He helped us plan some of our day excursions and was attentive to every detail. "It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"It’s a hidden gem. Don’t miss it. Jean Pierre and Marino are wonderful hosts and the property is fantastic. There is so much to see in Provence and the Luberon but I seldom wanted to leave the peace and beauty of the house, with its enchanting garden, pool, and L’Arc babbling just feet away. The apartment is spacious, equipped, and cozy. I will definitely be back. I miss it already."
