"It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

There is so much to see in Provence and the Luberon but I seldom wanted to leave the peace and beauty of the house, with its enchanting garden, pool, and L’Arc babbling just feet away. The apartment is spacious, equipped, and cozy. I will definitely be back. I miss it already."

"The hotel suited our purposes and was convenient to public transportation and a pleasant daily street market. However, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. To their credit, they did not hesitate and moved us to another room. The second room we were given was comfortable, adequately large, equipped with a kitchenette, had a window that could be open to let in fresh air, and had a large comfortable bed.
