"Mr Johan & Mr Ghani were very helpful with our luggage, as we came in earlier than our check-in time. They tried to assign us a room earlier to enable us to freshen up. They also helped secure our luggage upon check out till the cab came to take us to the airport much later. Their friendly demeanor truly made our day! The staff at the restaurant were also attentive to details. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We’ll definitely make a come back the next time we are in Paris!"

"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "The staff were excellent and that was why I rated the stay as good. Without good staff, the property was rather ordinary, at best, with a so-so breakfast. Location was very good for us, lots of very good restaurants around and felt safe."
