"Great hotel, excellent service, we went for 1 night and it was perfect. We had the best room - Prestige Room (suite) perfect for 4 people. Clean and brilliant bathrooms. "

"Location was great, beautiful area. But be aware the shady areas are just few blocks away. Only fault, not of the hotel, another guest was smoking in the unit next to us. The smoke was in the hallway. We were there in early Dec. Note- there is no AC if you are travelling in the summer months. "

"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "Our first time in Paris and I booked this based on such positive reviews and it worked in our favour! We arrived in Paris via EuroStar so this was only a 15 min taxi (in traffic) ride. A quieter area, but very close to grocery stores and little restaurants! The kitchenette was a game changer. "Very rare to have washer and dryer in any hotel in Paris but Residhome has them both. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to train station, about 5 minutes walk, and lots of dining options."

" This hotel has a good location: there are restaurants, stores and parks nearby as well as Metro station in a walking distance. The rooms facing to the street have a lot of noise even at night from the street, disco and cafe across the street. No AC in the rooms. Small TV set. Wi-Fi is weak and the Internet is sketchy in the evenings. Kitchen is tiny but it has a small refrigerator, sink, electric stove, all basic plates and utensils to fix a dinner. "
