"The shining point on this hotel is the staff. Alicia, who is a marvelous front desk agent and very knowledgeable of the transportation system through the metro, is very helpful in all possible ways. Hotel is kept clean and the area is quite. Breakfast is superb! The drawback is that, despite claiming being close to the center, is in fact not taking traffic jams into consideration.
