Bonjour, L’accueil de votre hôtel était très satisfaisant, le personnel souriant et professionnel. La propreté et l’état des installations également. Une seule bémol c’est l’éloignement de Spa du lieu d’hébergement ( obligation de sortie à l’extérieur, pas de passerelles fermé au moins ) dans le froid c’était impossible de profiter, malheureusement je n’ai pas réussi d’y aller. Les soins devenait inaccessible à cause de l’impossibilité de la coordination des heures de départ de l’hébergement et de la proposition des soins. J’espère que ce la vous aidera pour évoluer les services et fonctionnement de votre jolie établissement. Bien cordialement Ketevan Louhichi

Un break agréable en région parisienne
Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé. Notre réservation était bien enregistrée à l’arrivée. La chambre correspondait à nos attente et la décoration romantique prévue était bien en place. Le restaurant est excellent et il y avait une ambiance musicale voix / piano particulièrement agréable. Ce soir la il y avait un mariage dans l’établissement mais cela n’a pas été bruyant. Enfin pour un check-out a 11:00 nous avons eu une tolérance jusqu’à 11:30. Quelques points à améliorer : la cafetière dans notre chambre n’était pas détartrée et fonctionnait très mal. Dans la zone piscine il manque de transat pour que toutes les personnes dont l’accès a été autorisé puissent s’installer. Le hamman ne produisait pas de vapeur? Quelques tisanes en plus des thes seraient bienvenues

Pour un 4 étoiles il n'y a même pas de room service la nuit. C'est un grand établissement avec un golf à côté vous n'avez aucune flèche pour vous indiquer où se trouve la piscine le spa où se trouve le restaurant enfin bref c'est très mal indiqué. Le personnel de service de nettoyage vous agresse quand ils viennent à votre porte nous n'avons pas aimé notre séjour.
