From before the booking was made, Deowan was quick to answer queries and provided much information, including arranging airport transfers (at a better rate than any I could find). Just one incorrect info in the description of the appartment on Hotels.com - the mattresses are not comfortable (with lazy foam), but standard mattresses. The beds are a bit small for 2 adults, but we managed. Our 2 kids slept together without any problem."
