"Takes some knowledge about getting around in old French towns with their little streets which are not well signed and in the case of Le Puy have a lot of hills to maneuver. So there was a learning curve the 1st couple days. And parking is a challenge. But, in the end the challenges are well worth working through. The apartment is very nice, clean, feels fairly new. The bed is comfortable (and that is coming from my wife who is tough to please)."

"Very pretty and comfortable apartment in a block right next to the park. Sun on balcony all morning. Well supplied kitchen with microwave and hob. Very comfortable bed with lots of storage. Quiet area, feels very safe. Andre and Cathy were very welcoming and had translated a lot of phrases and things into English for us which was lovely. Their English being much better than my French."

"The studio is really clean and has everything that you need. The views from the studio are superb and make for fantastic viewing on an evening with a few beers after a hard day laying in the sun and swimming in the pool. The hosts are really helpful and although there was a language barrier (our fault not theirs), still did everything they could to make us feel welcome. We used WhatsApp and google translate to communicate. The add on of fresh tomatoes and a beautifully prepared homemade...

"The apartment is great for one person or two who are not too tall (the loft has a low ceiling). It’s quite nicely appointed and bright, with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony and letting in light and fresh air. Situated just across the street from the entries the medieval city, you can walk to everything from the apartment. A great place to stay while exploring Le Puy en Velay."
