"My wife and our grown daughters and spouse and significant other plus a nephew and uncle all stayed at the house. Plenty of space and amenities. We used the jacuzzi on the deck each day and enjoyed a small fire in the fireplace! The garbage center was convenient and located on egress road allowing for easy deposit when driving out. Only negative was I tried to reach out to Vincenzo during our stay and never received a response. Leading up to our stay he was very communicative though, so I’m assuming this was just a small oversight"

Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....
