"The road to the camper was washed out, rutted and crumbling asphalt that took you from a residential neighborhood to the winding top of a hill. The camper itself was fine, cute even and clean. The location was concerning. The camper had campers in storage on either side of it. The other homes were campers that people were living in, older occupied and unoccupied mobile homes.
