This hotel looks run down on the inside. It was rated a 9.4, but to me it was more like an 8 or 7.5. The carpet in hallways was terribly stained and needs shampooed. The rooms were very dusty. There was wall paper peeling off the walls by the elevator.

Stopped in for one night to see the sights of Mount Airy with the fam. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. We even enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. My husband usually doesn't eat it and pays to go somewhere else, but this time he did.

Great location and close to plenty of restaurants. It's a great stop over for a quiet,safe nights sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful both In person and on the phone. I needed some special changes upon checkin and a staff member Brooklyn was very helpful and accomondating with my request.
