"This has been my second stay visiting my daughter. There are a lot of little niceties included that don't amount to amenities that I appreciate.Owners are very receptive to problems. A couple of very minor problems popped-up on this visit and they got them fixed even though they weren't problems I'd expect to get fixed immediately."

"House was located within a half hour drive to the Ark Encounter. It was very spacious and had plenty of seating for our group. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group."

"Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price."

"The house was lovely! Our host did a great job responding to all questions that we had. We really enjoyed the big basement with the pool table and games. It was a nice touch to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. We ready enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!"

"Clean property. Amenities like game room and movie room were very nice. The cabin is a little run down with holes in the walls in one bathroom and patch jobs everywhere. Could definitely use some paint in those places. Needs more lamps in living room, master bed and better lighting in kitchen. The place is very dark. No trash bags were provided, we ended up getting some from friends who stayed in RV. Needs extra blankets also. "

"I am truly grateful to the owners for providing such a beautiful property to stay at. EVERYTHING was thought of. Plenty of towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee. My daughter was in Cincinnati Children's for a few days and some family cancelled so it was me and my husband, our 3 kids and dog. She checked in on us and brought fresh towels and sheets during the stay and coffee. We had to stay for a week or so. The most tender hearted moment was them providing some food to...
