The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, and on-street parking was very tight. I got to practice my parallel parking skills a lot. There is parking in the back, but it was too tight for larger vehicles."

"The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! "
