"This property is absolutely amazing and magical! There’s almost no way to fully describe just how beautiful the property is! The landscaping is beautifully done and provides the renter with tons of fruit trees and a totally tranquil living space. The house was clean and the perfect size for us. The bedrooms were cool but the other parts of the house were a little warm. There’s always a breeze, so we could have opened the windows to let in some fresh air. We spent 99% of our time outdoors anyway....

"Very close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Owner provides great recommendations. Wish we had more time to try it all. But it was a quick trip with a lot of excursions. Loved the jacuzzi, very relaxing. I can imagine that you can see the sunset from the ocean view side. Great to have a parking spot. There was a lot of space in the apartment. Comes with beach chairs to take to the beach. "

"The home was an absolute masterpiece. Bravo to the designer. We were one of three groups staying for a funeral. Each staying at a different house/condo. Ours was the best home by far! The home exceeded our expectations. So many different places to explore and enjoy. Comfortable furniture and beds. Beach within minutes. Slight issue with one of the AC units which was quickly fixed. we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Maria for always being quickly reachable. "

"Friends and I enjoyed our week at Casa Canal. Stu the property manager was very responsive and house was tidy- two negatives- the house reeked of smoke which was very unpleasant. The pool area lacked any comfortable seating. The gate was also broken the entire week, so for 4 women in our 60s opening and closing a steel gate threw a few backs out.i guess that’s three negatives"

"We arrived to find a fantastic residence. Lots of room to stretch out and relax on the back deck with great views. Short walk to beach , but do realize this location is on a hill so the walk is steep. We were here to surf and surf we did , Sandy Beach is just down the street and Domes and Marie's beach is a 10 min drive away. Coming hm to a nice outside shower was great with the kids. "This condo was very clean. Very nice location. Nice condo & complex. Good security for site. Property management was good to work with. The furnishings were spartan. The family room did not have furniture. The living room had wicker furnishings. The kitchen was minimally supplied. Good stock of spices. All appliances worked well, except blender/juicer. Air conditioning worked great. We had to get used to disposing of used toilet paper in trash vise flushing down toilet. This is becoming common...

"The house was perfect for the 3 couples, the house was on a private beach, had beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, cooler...etc everything you need for a beach trip. Super clean and well-equipped kitchen. Great communication with the owners including events happening in the area. We even went to an unexpected concert to see El Gran Combo. You can walk to dinner or brunch right from the beach. I highly recommend this home."

"The listing was definitely not a lie. The view was absolutely stunning. The condo was very clean if i could have given a higher rating i would. Tamara the property manager was absolutely wonderful she was so kinda and helpful thru out the whole stay. Beach was right there and the water perfect.
