"This is a nice, no frills very clean and fairly modern unit in a very nice development. The master bed is nice, but the bunkbeds are spring-based. The towels are pretty old, and the beds were not fully made when we arrived (bottom sheet only) PR lost power for a day while we were there and there is no generator. "We were looking for comfortable accommodations with great accessibility to beaches and activities, and this cottage checked all the boxes. It was a two minute walk to the beach and an even shorter one to a hopping little area of restaurants, bars, and a few shops. The pool was sweet, too! The beach is right outside, and the water was so calm and wonderful for swimming - my kids spent hours every day just playing in the water. I am always on high alert about water safety when my kids are in the ocean, and this beach is the best on the island in terms of calm water and safe waves. "The house was walking distance from the beach and downtown. Best margaritas at the Green Partot. When at the house, we spent most of our time on the second floor patio. The hosts were very responsive. Recommend walking around the corner to dine at Tacos and Flowers and Roberto Gastroteca."

"Casa Loba is new and beautiful, with a modern interior design. My husband and I, and our 4 adult children had a wonderful time! We especially loved the upper deck and the outside sitting area by the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked dinner there one night, and used the grill on the upper deck. The place was extremely clean. Jennifer was easy to communicate with. Thank you for everything!"
