"3 of us stayed in the 3 single bed family room on a room only basis the room was extremely clean with en suite shower room. The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. The room also had doors out to a little patio area overlooking a pool with fish and a lawn beyond."

"More shabby than chic, I nevertheless soon became quite enamoured of my humble little room on the first floor. These prices were often a third of the travelodge. Is Schmotel three times worse than travelodge? No it’s a different thing. I was therefore pleased that there were no ghosts or Frankensteins and no poo on the wall or ceiling, and nobody with loud and evil intent anywhere in the seven blessed rooms. "

"Nice friendly staff helpful and accommodating let us check in early and out later. Breakfast was good lots of extra coffee as requested. Nice and quiet. Our shower was very small for me being 6 foot but didn’t affect how nice our stay was overall would definitely recommend it. "

"Great location and it was perfect for an overnight stay for my mums birthday. The beds were very comfy. We were just a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - it stunk of smoke. We opened the windows and I sprayed my perfume (not ideal) but we couldn’t get rid of it. Hopefully just a blip as I’d stayed here before and it wasn’t an issue."
