Only complaint, which unfortunately was very unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, was a very bad sewage smell in the shower stall drainage. The smell was only present in the evening (does not smell at all during daytime). It's pungent enough that when you are showering, it smells like you are showering in a sewer.
