The check in was quick and the receptionist was super helpful with the layout of the hotel. I had help getting my bags to my room, which was more than helpful. I love the mini bar, well stocked. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I loved to wake up and see the city, before heading out for my day. I felt safe the whole time too. It was walkable from the train station and to the city for shopping. Next time I am in Hamburg, I will be sure to book here again. "
