"This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...

"My wife and me had a wonderful stay at "Casa Magica" en La Guancha, Tenerife. Chantal is an adorable person and very concern about all details during your stay. Extremely and knowledgeable about the island. We felt like we were at home all the time.If we will get back to Tenerife again, we will not think twice; we will go to Casa Magica to stay there. "Tha apartment overlooks the sea and you can hear the waves crash below. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The grocery store is an easy 5 minute walk. The area has many nice places to eat and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It is a 15 minute walk into town where there are many more restaurants and shops. Lovely spot to walk around and the are many lovely cafes. Loved our 3 weeks here."

"The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it. Also it would’ve been useful to have some local details in the apartment. For example nearest pharmacy, medical centre, refuse bins, bus services, market days, places to visit, taxi services...

"After resolving the means of unlocking the door we found the method of entry amazing and very safe. We enjoyed the San Juan area and would recommend people to visit. Plenty of good bars and restaurants without the hassle you get in Las America/ Christianos. As stated apartment basic but adequate. "For a smallish apartment gives an amazing sense of space with big windows and balcony looking out to sea. Very well equiped with everything you could need, including a nice sized kitchen from where you can still see the view. Flat felt very comfortable. Excellent location within easy access of everywhere. Hosts were fantastic from initial booking to helping explaining places and restaurants to visit. Pool area is an added bonus. Would definitely stay again."

"The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "
