"We had a great experience at this resort. The staff is so very accommodating and eager to assist you. Everyone from the bell boys/golf cart guys to the housekeeping, front desk and service staff were excellent. During our 10 day stay, we had two issues that I won't mention here, only because the resort staff were extremely quick to respond and go above & beyond to make it right. "Leaving today! Had a wonderful trip! Heard this resort will be Reno’d in August-December. The pools were beautiful and had character! Iguanas and Nacho the duck hung out everyday. Water aerobics class was so fun! The beach by the resort was outstanding. We took walks every afternoon as the tide is lower and lots more room to walk. The food was really good! The Mexican and Italian were awesome! The steakhouse was busy so if you want in go early!!! We never got to try it. The Asian food was meh…...

"Some suggestions..1. Get better tv with some American channels, 2. Evening entertainment too loud... too late 3. Internet needs improvement. Overall a very good stay. Staff was great... room very adequate... food, though repetitive, was good. We'd stay again."

"This was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. We were pleased to find the variety of food available, so we didn't have to always eat the same things (however some were so good we did). The facilities were beautiful and clean. Was fun being next to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Unfortunately this resort had one major flaw. The chairs on the beach were broken and dangerous. I was hit in the head twice while sitting in these chairs and I wasn’t the only one. The chairs are broken, so when you sit, the back of the chair flies forward and the medal bar hits the person’s head. Hard enough to leave a lump. It really hurt. "
