"Overall, it felt overrated. The staff was excellent, providing top-notch service, but the food was just okay and not refilled in a timely manner. Additionally, some areas showed visible water or flood damage, which took away from the luxury experience. For the brand’s reputation and price, I expected better upkeep and attention to detail. While the service was outstanding, the overall experience didn’t fully justify the cost. "

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."
