"The only reason I rate the 4 on over all is because they wrote my pick up time from the airport wrong ,,,, other than that, the staff facility was fantastic,,,, I could also suggest that instead of a cooler, a fridge in your room would be more convenient, as I found the cooler did nothing, it was plugged in, but didn’t keep anything cold at all "
