The manager Ms. Carlota was very kind, polite and accomodative to every request.She arranged for special decrations for my daughter"s birthday. "A group of cyclists. Staff were very helpful in letting us store the bikes. Great to be able to chill in the pool each afternoon. And i love the work that the hotel does with people if special needs. Keep up the good work. "

"Overall a beautiful new modern property with a fantastic spa. Checkin was terribly slow. They ask 45 euros for a dog but you are limited to your room. They are not pet friendly at all. Come without your pet."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel in the mountains. There were some nice (though not easy) walks nearby me the hotel felt much like a wellness retreat. We opted for 1/2 board (breakfast dinner) since there were not a lot of spots nearby and the driving made me a bit nervous. The menu had good selection and I appreciated seeing wines on the menu from their Duoro vineyard location. "

"Nice place to stay, new for me is the need for showier cap in pool, also couldn't get the Turkish steam bath to work and the Sauna wasn't included the cost fo the room..Disappointing, however the hotel otherwise was very good. "

"Our stay was most enjoyable. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Our room was convenient. Elevator access is helpful. The location is optimal, with sites, shopping and dining all very close and an easy walk. We would certainly return it we find ourself in the great city of Viseu again."
