"We had a very nice stay at this hotel in the mountains. There were some nice (though not easy) walks nearby me the hotel felt much like a wellness retreat. We opted for 1/2 board (breakfast dinner) since there were not a lot of spots nearby and the driving made me a bit nervous. The menu had good selection and I appreciated seeing wines on the menu from their Duoro vineyard location. "

The manager Ms. Carlota was very kind, polite and accomodative to every request.She arranged for special decrations for my daughter"s birthday. "Nice place to stay, new for me is the need for showier cap in pool, also couldn't get the Turkish steam bath to work and the Sauna wasn't included the cost fo the room..Disappointing, however the hotel otherwise was very good. "
