"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"The shoe box size 2 bed apartment we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures and was very tired and shabby. Beds were used for sofas with well worn covers. There is an extra charge for everything other than parking which is included. We paid extra for sheets for the beds which of course we then had to make ourselves. "The hotel is in good condition and the location is great. A free parking can be found nearby. The only issue is that we got attacked by mosquitos all night long... Although we managed to kill 5 or 6 of them, they kept arriving so I suspect there was a way for them to come into the room, probably by the bathroom. From the many squashed bugs seen on the wall, it must be a recurring problem there."

"I was highly impressed with my stay at the Ghm Les 4 Hotel. It exceeded my expectations. On the first day, I was greeted by the owner at the reception area.
