"Beautiful property, spacious rooms. Breakfast was good, through not at the level to be expected for this property. Good location at one end of the beach, though swimming in the sea was not possible due to the jellyfish. We appreciated having a second swimming pool with less children. "

"This is without doubt a spectacular setting! We really enjoyed our stay. As others have said the decor is tired and I would add that the family chalet is still Not particularly roomy. The staff around the hotel are warm and friendly but there is not the ratio of staff to guests you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was average throughout, we didn’t leave hungry but nothing was wow or even very good. In reality I think the resort is a very good 3.5 star hotel in a 5 star...

"Blissful stay, staff were cheerful and extremely keen to make one's stay enjoyable. Idyllic location. Our rainforest villa was very private, cleverly architected and comfortably laid out inside. The private splash pool was larger than I expected. The only improvement i can think of would be to have an adjustable parasol by the sun loungers (they were just too hot to use for quite a lot of the day). Thanks for a lovely stay."

"We stayed at the Park Royal for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed the staff were fantastic. They really could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded in our room which was great. We generally had breakfast at the hotel and the range of different foods to choose from was incredible. We had a couple of meals in the evening during our stay and they were equally as good, particularly the Beach BBQ which was superb....
