"Great location and good size apartment "

"Nice place and nice surroundings. Well positioned for the south east corner of Cornwall. It's not often you go away these days to a self catering cottage and don't get a welcome pack. Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "

"Whilst the location itself is absolutely beautiful, the actual apartment and "resort" could do with some upgrading.The privately owned bar was really cosy and I cannot fault the owner or this part of the resort. However, the privately owned cafe/ bistro, is permanently closed, which was not mentioned in the descriptions of the resort, instead there is out of date and misleading information about this. Inside the apartment, there was little attention paid to the details of cleaning, as we found...

"The location is good, the property is clean however, we have tried to contact the housekeeping/maintenance/emergency support of the company but we could not get anyone from the host company to answer to our calls during our stay. The only time we could speak to anyone from the company was the check-out time when they were there to ask us to leave. They simply did not care about our experience or if we needed any help during our stay. It was a total disappointment. Also, there was no soap,...

"The apartment is probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Rooms are much larger and inviting than presented in the pictures. Very well located from two very cute towns: Boscastle and Tintangel, with the coastal walk literally in front of the house. Hosts were wonderful...and the views from every window of the apartment are to die for! thank you Liz and Nick for sharing this slice of paradise with us. "

"We've stayed here four times now, and the apartment is still as immaculate as the first time we came. It's very well equipped, and ideally placed for getting to lovely coastal walks. Unfortunately our walking was curtailed by Storm Darragh, but the apartment was a warm, comfortable place to stay indoors, if rather noisy in the very strong winds because of its exposed position with views out to the coast!"
