"The host for this property was the most responsive, attentive host we have ever experienced on VRBO. The condo was just right for our 3 day ski getaway. We forgot to check if the condo included a washer and dryer. It did not, but the building has a pay operated washer and dryer which we were able to use without any problem. "This is my second time staying in the village. Both times something went wrong. This time the heat did not work when we arrived and had to have someone come fix it, except they did not fix it or put us up in another unit. He showed me how to manually make the heat come off and on and I had to get us three times my first night on vacation to do this. Not cool. Than the next day I called twice to get it addressed. It eventually was but making sure the heat works should be on the che k list. "

"We chose this property for our first overnight ski trip with our young children and my parents. The property was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect location for ski access, and the indoor pool was just a few steps away. Ellen was extremely responsive (making check in and check out a breeze), and was even kind enough to offer us a late check out (presumably due to no incoming renters the following day). Would absolutely recommend to anyone and plan to be back!"
