"The house was cute and comfortable. I loved the old feel of it. The location was remote and serene, and we enjoyed the sound of the river across the street while chatting on the porch. We had no problem with making our meals, as the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Our dog was very comfortable and surprised by a visit from some Guinea hens in the morning. She was less polite in greeting the friendly dog from next door. I was pleasantly surprised that the tap water tasted good, as I had forgotten to bring drinking water and didn't have to find a store. The trip was about visiting, and we got to do plenty of that!"

"Cute clean little place. Just what I was looking for for a quick overnight while passing through the area. I prefer motels like this because I like having easy direct access to the fresh air outside and my nearby car. They have self check-in and the information provided in advance was very thorough and helpful. The locks were a bit fussy and everything has to line up just right to unlock/lock properly, so be aware of this and try patiently a few times making sure the deadbolt is in correct alignment. Really enjoyed my stay and will return."
