"Everything is great "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water. Walking distance to Sun Plaza, where you can get the funicular train to the cable car station to Fansipan and back, can easily walk to Sapa centre/church and lake. The only thing you have to take note is that it is a stairs only hotel, no elevator - I already knew this when I booked and was fine with it."

We've stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam during our travels and the staff here were by far the friendliest, especially Selena who was really helpful and lovely throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is right in the centre, perfect location and has a cafe right next to reception. It felt really cozy staying there over Christmas. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great value for money."
