"The hotel was bright and pleasant. Staff were very kind and helpful: accommodating to last minute changes, providing assistance, taking time to explain details when needed. We have already made reservations for another stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to stay while visiting Cleveland Clinic."

"The room was very clean and there was a nice selection of foods at the breakfast bar. On top of that, it is very close to the airport (about a 7 minute drive in very snowy conditions). Overall, it’s one of the nicest hotels I have been to in Cleveland and will likely book another stay again when I have a long flight."

"Jervonne at the front desk was awesome and Gary from security too! I had gotten a rental truck from uhaul and they didn't have a padlock to secure all my gear,so Jervonne and Gary had me park in the front of the hotel in clear sight! Thank you again!!!"
