" This was a 2 week stay for us to do a visit with our daughter who is attending college in the area. If not for the help of Amy and Matt it could have been a lot different! We had a last minute change to our trip as our first rental was sold just 3 weeks before we were to arrive! "Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. The deck over river was so nice. I do think their homeowners association really needs to clean up the exterior of the building, and do a total paint job,. Why pay hoa fees if some doesn't go...
