"This is a really great property. It’s an old house with a ton of character and beautifully done inside. The neighborhood is quiet and close to VSU. There was plenty of space for us. The host is very helpful, accommodating, and nice. She communicated promptly and made sure our stay went smoothly. The check and checkouts were very easy. "We had a pleasant stay and were close to Wild Adventures theme park. There were a few things that need repair. The soap dispenser in the dish washer needs the latch repaired. There appears to be roof and ceiling damage. Probably from the recent hurricanes. The shower and toilet area in the master bedroom is very cramped. The bathtub doesn't drain well and the faucet drips. Plenty of linens, toilet paper and paper towels. The coffee maker was very nice and coffee pods, filters, creamer and sugar...

"This is a very nice home in a gated community. The master suite is amazing. The pool was heated to perfection and its really close to shops and Wal-Mart. My only complaint is there was no electric or water at the dock. We had a great time at this house. I highly recommend this property."

"Everything was as described. We especially loved the porch and outdoor space. This was used a lot by the four teens. Porch was great for escaping in the morning to drink coffee in peace. The shared spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms were great. The living room provided plenty of space for us to have an air mattress. The kitchen left some things to be desired with a dirty pan in the oven, leftover sauces in a bowl on the table with opened chili flakes, and coffee filters splayed in drawer leaving us...
