"Hubby and I wanted a cute getaway for thanksgiving weekend, and this little cabin was perfect. Secluded but still close enough to civilization. The hot tub was wonderful. We unfortunately never got to use the fire pit - just a bit too cold out for us. Space is great. There is a pretty close neighbor, but it didn’t impact our stay at all, and we basically forgot the house was there. The road to the cabin is unpaved so 4WD is probably a good idea. Very cute place "

"Quirky, spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and several kitchens/sinks with the in law apartment. Big table for eating and games by a wood stove. Game room is great for kids (and nerf gun battles). We were there in several snow and ice storms but managed to squeeze in some hot tub time. Communication with the property manager was excellent. "

"The stay at Bella Vista was everything as advertised! The place was clean, peaceful and close to community amenities. We enjoyed the fireplace and watching the deer walk by the windows and driveway. "When we arrived at Big Bear Chalet we couldn’t believe the spaciousness as well as cleanliness of this home. The description was spot on! Nothing was left out, every amenity listed was in the home and then some! We were a total of 6 adults, a toddler and a baby as well as my daughter’s beagle. Loved every moment and hope to be back next year. Even the weather didn’t deter us from having a good time. "

"House was as advertised, good location, plenty of room, generally clean. Basement living space smelled a bit off, but we didn’t need to use it so we stayed out. EV “charger” is just a NEMA outlet, you must bring your own charging cable to use. Would rent again."

"This comfortable, cozy, 4 BR home is nicely tucked into the woods. Plenty of space to spread out for adults and kids, with a finished basement. Outside there is a fire pit, and jacuzzi/hot tub. House is well stocked for cooking supplies and tools, and quiet at night. Close to Livingston Manor Main Street (7min), Roscoe Main Street (10min) and only 1/2 mile away from Arnold House. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would love to come back !"

"Cute cabin in the woods, no frills- exactly as described. Clean, comfy, well equipped kitchen, secluded. The snow/ice made the road going in a little difficult, and the yard/deck by the river unusable-- but we expected this going in February. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, even in the chilly weather. Tons of puzzles and games, ( NO TV, but great wi-fi for those that need). We had a very peaceful escape from reality. "
