"The house was exactly as described and very enjoyable for our family so I am leaving 5-star review despite a couple hiccups (see below). The home is right by downtown and the beach, and beautifully decorated/welcoming. We definitely enjoyed staying here and would consider so again in the future.The check-in instructions received stated a code would be sent the afternoon of check-in (I did not think to follow-up on not having received the code as we were driving in through the afternoon/evening)....

"Extremely diappointing. Pictures of living room ,dining room and kitchen ette, all in one room approx 14× 16. No stove, no oven, no kitchen sink. When you sat at dining table, you couldnt open frig. NO fire escape route. Grill, pool very dirty. No usable pool chairs. Bedroom closet 1/2 full of owners property. Owner and/ or his dogs in our space daily. Owner very rude and unaccomadating."

"The email we received as our "Keys to the condo" wouldn't open so we had to get VRBO customer service on the phone. They were great and sent us a new email with the info we needed. Then the code didn't work for the door so we had to call customer service again, he got the owners on the phone with me and they fixed the code. Everything after that was wonderful. An absolutely gorgeous condo!! "
