"Service was great. Rooms and common areas were clean. Perfect location to walk to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Only complaint is there was no self parking because there was an event going on. However self parking was almost as expensive per night as valet so I guess it wasn’t that big of a deal. "

"I recently stayed at the Hilton and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming, check-in was quick, and the room was spotless with a comfortable bed and beautiful view. I appreciated the small touches—plenty of outlets, great water pressure in the shower, and quality toiletries. The onsite dining options were convenient and delicious, and the lobby bar made for a perfect evening unwind. Mario and Solomon at Shades are top notch—friendly, attentive, and made every visit a great one. James the bellhop also stood out; he always greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. The only bummer was some of the other guests—unfortunately, you just can’t help rude. But that’s not something Hilton can control, and when we requested to move our room, the front desk took care of it right away with no hassle. Their service made all the difference. 10/10—would absolutely stay again! "
