"The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. "I have stayed here many times and always find it above average. The rooms are clean and spacious with many options from a standard hotel room to a two bedroom apartment. Plenty of activities for children, and pet friendly. My only suggestion is that they need to decorate the rooms with more wall hangings such as paintings, rugs, etc.. During COVID it seems that they took everything down but have not replaced them since."

"I decided to book a Disney trip only 3 weeks prior to spring break. This condo was perfect for two adults and three teenagers! It’s so conveniently located to. Publix Market, lots of dining options, and Disney Properties. Our drive to the park took less than 15 minutes each morning. "This was a perfect unit for our family of 4 and our kids 10 and 7 absolutely loved every bit of the unit filly themed in every angle and corner with Mickey and Minnie stuffs. Host accommodated our early check-in in short span of time and unit was super clean. Location was super prime and shuttle to Disney parks from hotel door step was a top notch bundle advantage . "Clean and beautiful room with 2 big screen televisions. It's nice to relax there and also at the jacuzzi. The minus is I didn't able to have coffee because they don't have filter on their coffee maker. The plus is they have liquid soaps, shampoo and body wash for the kitchen and bathroom."
